Access to Information :
Pursuant to the provisions of Decree-Law No. 22-2016 of 24/03/2016 on access to administrative documents of public bodies, CNI make available to the public on its WEB site administrative information and documents to which the access is free.
This measure of access to administrative documents confirms the policy of transparency and respect for the right of every individual and corporation to access data and documents kept by public services. Other unprotected administrative documents can also be accessed on submission of a written application according to a model designed for this purpose.
