CNI deploys applications developed for the administration in view of their use. Three workshops are set up to ensure this mission:
The CNI has set up a service center to provide assistance in all areas of its activities, including, in particular:
Hosting and operation of applications,
Use of IT applications in the administration,
The procedures manual of the service centre was developed based on the following standards:
ISO 9001: 2008: This standard has been adopted to ensure compliance of the procedures manual with the quality system of the CNI,
ITIL V3 Version reference: this reference was adopted seeing its specialization in the provision of services in information technology.
